Timing for RC related work is 10 am to 2pm
CAR RC Collection
1. Original RC would be shipped from RTO office and you will get it at the mentioned address. If you don't receives it, it would be kept at local post office for few days.
2. Confirm if RC is with local post office- if yes collect from them
3. If its not with local , RC would be returned back to RTO.
4. Call on RTO help line number or visit RTO office and confirm with them if they have the original RC. If yes, you need to have copy of Aadhaar ( owner's ) and need to pay fee of 50 Rs. ( online payment needs to be done, RTO officer will share link over SMS on the regiserted mobile ).
5. If you have lost RC , you would need to request for duplicate RC.
CAR RC hypothecation removal
Documents required
1. Registration certificate ( RC )– Original
2. No Objection Certificate (RTO copy) -
This would be issued by financer / Bank. ( from where you have taken loan and its valid only for 90 days)
Collect from the bank once you have done with all payment of loan and no dues are left.
3. Form 35 (Both the copies, duly signed by yourself)
This would be issued by financer / Bank.
4. Aadhaar – Copy only
5. Insurance policy – Copy only
6. PUC – Copy only
7. Owner’s Aadhaar card – Copy only
8. PAN - copy only
9. Chassis & Engine Pencil Print
10. Proof of address
11. Print of payment receipt - Need to pay online and take printout
